Up to now, our company has produced a lot of products about pipes. Such as: Straight seam steel pipe, Round SSAW Carbon Steel Pipe, High quality custom Construction Pipe. Our products have met with a warm reception in many country and obtained a greet deal of favorable comments from customers. Therefore, we have a lot of products for sale.

How to Select Good Pipe

First of all, Straight seam steel pipe is a steel pipe whose weld seam is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the steel pipe. It is usually divided into metric welded steel pipes, welded thin-walled pipes, transformer cooling oil pipes, etc. The straight seam welded pipe has the advantages of simple production process, high production efficiency, low cost and rapid development. The strength of spiral welded pipe is generally higher than that of straight welded pipe. It can be used to produce welded pipe with larger pipe diameter with narrower blank and welded pipe with different pipe diameters with blank of the same width. However, compared with the straight seam pipe with the same length, the weld length increases by 30-100%, and the production speed is lower. Straight-seam steel pipe English general welded pipe: general welded pipe is used for conveying low-pressure fluid. Made of q195, q215a, q235a steel and q235b carbon. It can also be made of 0317 standard model 6012 and 755 mild steel which is easy to weld. Water pressure, bending, flattening and other experiments shall be carried out on steel pipes, which have certain requirements on surface quality. Usually, the delivery length is 4-10m, and regular delivery (or double-length) is required. The specification of welded pipe is expressed by nominal diameter (mm or inch). The nominal diameter is different from the actual one. Welded pipe has two types of common steel pipe and thickened steel pipe according to the specified wall thickness. Steel pipe has two types of threaded and threaded pipes according to the pipe end form.

How to Select Good Pipe

Carbon steel pipes as Round SSAW Carbon Steel Pipes are divided into hot rolled and cold rolled (drawn) steel pipes. Hot rolled carbon steel pipes are divided into general steel pipes, low and medium pressure boiler steel pipes, high pressure boiler steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, petroleum cracking pipes, geological steel pipes and other steel pipes. Cold-rolled (drawn) carbon steel pipes include carbon thin-walled steel pipes, alloy thin-walled steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, petroleum cracking pipes and other steel pipes in addition to general steel pipes, low and medium pressure boiler steel pipes, high pressure boiler steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, stainless thin-walled steel pipes and special-shaped steel pipes. The outer diameter of the hot rolled seamless pipe is generally larger than 32mm, the wall thickness is 2.5-75mm, the outer diameter of the cold rolled seamless pipe can reach 6mm, the wall thickness can reach 0.25mm, the outer diameter of the thin wall pipe can reach 5mm, the wall thickness is smaller than 0.25mm, and the cold rolling has higher dimensional accuracy than the hot rolling. General carbon steel pipe: it is made of high quality carbon-bonded steel 16mn, 5mnv and other low alloy structural steel such as 10, 20, 30, 35, 45 and other high quality carbon-bonded steel or alloy steel such as 40cr, 30crmnsi, 45mn2, 40mnb by hot rolling or cold rolling. Seamless pipes made of low carbon steel such as 10 and 20 are mainly used for fluid transmission pipelines. Seamless tubes made of medium carbon steel such as 45 and 40cr are used to make mechanical parts, such as mechanical parts of automobiles and tractors. Generally, carbon steel pipes shall be tested for strength and flattening. Hot rolled steel pipes shall be delivered in hot rolled state or heat treated state. Cold rolling is delivered in heat treatment.
